05. Ordering and Purchase

5.1 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are additional unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Products must be in original, unopened condition for refunds.
• Refunds requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Refund amount: Full product cost (excluding shipping).
• Refunds processed within 10-15 business days.
• Damaged or defective products are replaced at no cost.

5.3 Delivery

Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Tier-2 cities: 7-10 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates; we are not liable for delays.

• You grant us permission to repost your content with attribution.
• We may feature your content on our Instagram page (@partaymix) and marketing materials.
• We may use your content for promotional purposes.
• You retain ownership but grant us a perpetual license.
• Participants must be 18+ with publicly accessible accounts.

08. Limitation of Liability

OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN QUESTION.

We are not liable for allergic reactions if you failed to review ingredient lists, delivery delays or lost shipments, website outages or technical issues, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Haryana. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Before Litigation: Contact us at legal@partay.in with your dispute. We will attempt resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, proceed to mediation or arbitration. As a last resort, pursue litigation in Gurgaon courts.

10. Compliance with Law

Our Products and Services comply with FSSAI guidelines, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, Information Technology Act 2000, ASCI guidelines, and all applicable central and state laws.
